Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will work alongside the current HR staff to improve processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote our values.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a non-supervisory role.

Assisting with entire Recruiting & Hiring Cycle Implementing human resources policies Processing Company Payroll Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations Managing plant Performance Reviews program Motivating and supporting current staff Maintaining staff records Handling employee benefits Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions Enhance safety and procedures.
HR Generalist Requirements:

years of progressive HR experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills Bilingual Spanish/English(required) Job Type:
